Problem Note 60748: Referencing a nonexistent function within PROC LUA generates an error
The following error messages are incorrectly generated when you reference a nonexistent function in PROC LUA:
ERROR: Can't find FCMP or SAS function test
ERROR: SUBMIT block:1: function test not found

SUBMIT block:1: in main chunk
ERROR: There was an error submitting the provided code
A nil value should be returned instead of the error messages.
The following sample code generates the error messages shown above:
proc lua restart;
submit;
temp=sas.test
print (temp)
endsubmit;
run;
The following should be written to the SAS® log instead of the error messages:
NOTE: Lua initialized.
nil
NOTE: PROCEDURE LUA used (Total process time): real time 0.10 seconds cpu time 0.03 seconds
There is currently no circumvention for this issue.
